Only a person licensed as an athletic trainer may use the title 'athletic trainer' or 'licensed athletic trainer', the letters 'A.T.' or 'A.T.C.' as a title, or any other generally accepted terms, letters, or figures that indicate that the person is an athletic trainer.Amended by 2019 Ch. 61, § 16, eff. 10/1/2019.Added by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.(1) This section is similar to former § 12-29.7-104 as it existed prior to 2019.(2) Before its relocation in 2019, this section was amended in HB 19-1083.
