(1) The director may issue cease-and-desist orders under the circumstances and in accordance with the procedures specified in section 12-20-405.(2) A person who practices or offers or attempts to practice audiology services without an active audiologist license issued under this article 210 is subject to penalties pursuant to section 12-20-407 (1)(a).Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-29.9-110 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.Added by 2013 Ch. 288, § 1, eff. 5/24/2013.This section is similar to former § 12-29.9-110 as it existed prior to 2019.
