Section 12-215-107 - Display of license required

Every licensed practitioner of chiropractic shall conspicuously display his or her license to practice in this state. If a chiropractor practices at several locations, his or her name and license number shall be displayed in a manner that can be easily recognized by patients. Persons who engage in the practice of chiropractic under the name of a partnership, association, or other entity shall conspicuously display at the entrance of their place of business the name of each member or associate of the entity who is engaged in the practice of chiropractic.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-33-111.5 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.This section is similar to former § 12-33-111.5 as it existed prior to 2019.
