(1) Section 12-20-408 governs judicial review of any final action of the board to:(a) Deny or refuse to issue or renew a license;(b) Suspend a license;(c) Revoke a license;(d) Censure a licensee;(e) Issue a letter of admonition to a licensee;(f) Place a licensee on probation;(g) Issue a reprimand to a licensee; or(h) Issue an order to cease and desist.(2) The provisions of this section apply to a license issued to a dentist, dental therapist, or dental hygienist.Amended by 2022 Ch. 381, § 13, eff. 1/1/2023.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-220-137 and amended by 2020 Ch. 64, § 1, eff. 9/14/2020.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-35-130 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.L. 2004: Entire article RC&RE, p. 851, § 1, effective July 1.
