Section 12-245-205 - Fees - renewal

(1) All fees collected pursuant to this article 245 shall be determined, collected, and appropriated in the same manner as set forth in section 12-20-105.(2) Each board may charge fees established pursuant to section 12-20-105 to all applicants for licensure, registration, or certification under this article 245.(3) Each license, registration, or certification issued pursuant to this article 245 is subject to the renewal, expiration, reinstatement, and delinquency fee provisions specified in section 12-20-202 (1) and (2). Any person whose license, registration, or certification expires is subject to the penalties provided in this article 245 or section 12-20-202 (1).(4) The director shall coordinate fee-setting pursuant to this section so that all licensees, registrants, and certificate holders pay fees as required by this section.Amended by 2020 Ch. 304, § 48, eff. 7/14/2020.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-43-204 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.L. 88: Entire article R&RE, p. 538, § 1, effective July 1.
