Section 12-245-227 - Reconsideration and review of action of a board

A board, on its own motion or upon application, at any time after the imposition of any discipline as provided in section 12-245-226, may reconsider its prior action and reinstate or restore the license, registration, or certification; terminate probation; or reduce the severity of its prior disciplinary action. The board has sole discretion to determine whether to take further action or hold a hearing with respect to its prior disciplinary action.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-43-225 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.L. 98: Entire section added with relocations, p. 1124, § 18, effective July 1.
