(1) It is unlawful for a person to practice as a naturopathic doctor in this state unless the person is covered by professional liability insurance in an amount not less than one million dollars.(2) Professional liability insurance required by this section must cover all acts within the scope of practice of a naturopathic doctor.(3) A naturopathic doctor is liable for his or her acts or omissions in the performance of naturopathic medicine.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-37.3-114 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.Added by 2013 Ch. 371, § 1, eff. 8/7/2013.This section is similar to former § 12-37.3-114 as it existed prior to 2019.
