(1) All nurse applicants, unless eligible for licensure by endorsement, shall be required to pass a written examination approved or prepared by the board, relating to the knowledge, skills, and judgments as incorporated in their respective approved education programs.(2) In accordance with the requirements of this part 1, the board shall hold at least two examinations annually for practical nurses and for professional nurses at such places and at such times as the board shall determine.Amended by 2020 Ch. 157, § 7, eff. 7/1/2020.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-38-110 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.L. 80: Entire article R&RE, p. 485, § 1, effective July 1.This section is similar to former § 12-38-110 as it existed prior to 2019.
