Section 12-270-120 - Repeal of article - review of functions

This article 270 is repealed, effective September 1, 2030. Before the repeal, the director's powers, duties, and functions under this article 270 are scheduled for review in accordance with section 24-34-104.Amended by 2021 Ch. 4,§ 1, eff. 1/21/2021.Amended by 2020 Ch. 274,§ 1, eff. 9/14/2020. This amendment was not effectuated as the section was repealed by sunset provision before the effective date of the amendment.
