(1) A person who engages in the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs in violation of this part 3 is subject to a penalty of up to fifty thousand dollars.(2) A person who knowingly engages in the wholesale distribution of prescription drugs in violation of this part 3 is subject to a penalty of up to five hundred thousand dollars.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-42.5-307 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.This section is similar to former § 12-42.5-307 as it existed prior to 2019.
