Section 12-280-406 - Violations - penalties

A person who knowingly releases, obtains, or attempts to obtain information from the program in violation of this part 4 shall be punished by a civil fine of not less than one thousand dollars and not more than ten thousand dollars for each violation. Fines paid shall be deposited in the general fund in accordance with section 12-20-404 (6).Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-42.5-406 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.This section is similar to former § 12-42.5-406 as it existed prior to 2019.
