Effective June 1, 2012, except as otherwise provided by this part 2, a person who practices as a physical therapist assistant or who represents himself or herself as being able to practice as a physical therapist assistant in this state must possess a valid certification issued by the board under this part 2 and rules adopted under this part 2.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-41-204 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.This section is similar to former § 12-41-204 as it existed prior to 2019.
