Section 12-295-106 - License by examination

(1) Every applicant for license by examination shall submit written evidence, verified by oath, and satisfactory to the board that the applicant: (a) Has not committed an act that would be grounds for disciplinary action against a licensee under this article 295;(b) Has completed a four-year high school course or the equivalent thereof; and(c) Has completed and received a diploma from the required approved psychiatric technician education program.Amended by 2019 Ch. 169, § 14, eff. 10/1/2019.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-42-105 and amended by 2019 Ch. 136, § 1, eff. 10/1/2019.Amended by 2019 Ch. 169, § 5, eff. 7/1/2019.(1) This section is similar to former § 12-42-105 as it existed prior to 2019.(2) Before its relocation in 2019, this section was amended in SB 19-154.
