Effective January 1, 2024, a person who practices as a veterinary technician in this state must be registered by the board pursuant to this part 2 and rules adopted by the board for the registration of veterinary technicians.Added by 2022 Ch. 442,§21, eff. 8/10/2022. 2022 Ch. 442, was passed without a safety clause.
