Section 12-315-210 - [Effective Until 1/1/2026] Unauthorized practice - penalties

A person who practices or offers or attempts to practice as a veterinary technician without an active registration issued under this part 2 or as a veterinary technician specialist without an active veterinary technician specialist designation under this part 2 is subject to penalties pursuant to section 12-20-407 (1)(a).Amended by 2024 Ch. 36,§ 14, eff. 8/7/2024.Added by 2022 Ch. 442, § 21, eff. 8/10/2022.2024 Ch. 36, was passed without a safety clause.
