Section 13-93-307 - Individuals forbidden to practice

A coroner, sheriff, deputy sheriff, or jailer, though qualified, shall not practice as a licensed legal paraprofessional in the county in which the individual is commissioned or appointed, and a clerk of the supreme court or district court shall not practice as a licensed legal paraprofessional in the court in which the individual is the clerk.Added by 2024 Ch. 131,§ 1, eff. 8/7/2024.2024 Ch. 131, was passed without a safety clause.
