Section 13-22-213 - Action by majority

If there is more than one arbitrator, the powers of an arbitrator shall be exercised by a majority of the arbitrators, except that all of the arbitrators shall conduct the hearing under the provisions of section 13-22-215 (3).L. 2004: Entire part R&RE, p. 1724, § 1, effective August 4.This section is similar to former § 13-22-205 as it existed prior to 2004.
