Section 13-22-228 - Appeals

(1) An appeal may be taken from: (a) An order denying a motion to compel arbitration;(b) An order granting a motion to stay arbitration;(c) An order confirming or denying confirmation of an award;(d) An order modifying or correcting an award;(e) An order vacating an award without directing a rehearing; or(f) A final judgment entered pursuant to this part 2.(2) An appeal under this section shall be taken in the same manner as an appeal of an order or judgment in a civil action.L. 2004: Entire part R&RE, p. 1730, § 1, effective August 4.This section is similar to former § 13-22-221 as it existed prior to 2004.
