Section 13-22-312 - Applicability

This part 3 shall apply to all mediation services or dispute resolution programs conducted in this state, whether conducted through the office of dispute resolution or through a mediator or mediation organization.L. 91: Entire section added, p. 373, § 8, effective July 1.
