Section 13-22-708 - Limitations

(1) This part 7 shall in no way be construed so as to: (a) Require any minor to submit to an abortion; or(b) Prevent any minor from withdrawing her consent previously given to have an abortion; or(c) Permit anything less than fully informed consent before submitting to an abortion.(2) This part 7 shall in no way be construed as either ratifying, granting or otherwise establishing an abortion right for minors independently of any other regulation, statute or court decision which may now or hereafter limit or abridge access to abortion by minors.Renumbered from C.R.S. § 12-37.5-108 and amended by 2018 Ch. 8, §1, eff. 10/1/2018.L. 2018: Entire part added with relocations, (SB 18-032), ch. 8, p. 150, § 1, effective October 1.This section is similar to former § 12-37.5-108 as it existed prior to 2018.
