Section 13-16-106 - Costs in replevin

Any person making justification or cognizance in replevin, if the same is found for him, or the plaintiff is nonsuited or nonprossed, suffers discontinuance, or is otherwise barred, then such person shall recover his damages and costs against the plaintiff.R.S. p. 155, § 6.
