Section 13-4-105 - Chief judge

The chief justice of the supreme court shall appoint a judge of the court of appeals to serve as chief judge at the pleasure of the chief justice. The chief judge shall exercise such administrative powers as may be delegated to him by the chief justice.L. 69: p. 266, § 1. C.R.S. 1963: § 37-21-5.
