Section 13-21-1202 - Legislative declaration

The general assembly hereby declares that the purpose of this part 12 is to provide an appropriate civil remedy to a woman who suffers an unlawful termination of her pregnancy, without establishing the legal personhood of an unborn human being.Added by 2014 Ch. 379,§ 2, eff. 7/1/2014.L. 2014: Entire part added, (HB 14-1388), ch. 379, p. 1857, § 2, effective July 1.
