(1) This part 7 was added in 1999 and was not amended prior to its repeal in 2006. For the text of this part 7 prior to 2006, consult the 2005 Colorado Revised Statutes.(2) Section 13-21-705 provided for the repeal of this part 7, effective December 31, 2006. (See L. 99, p. 632.)
