Section 13-32-110 - Actions for funds barred in two years

Any claim for such moneys shall be made within two years from and after the payment thereof into the state general fund and unless so presented to the court shall be forever barred unless the court by proper order made in any case otherwise decrees.L. 31: p. 316, § 3.
