The practice and procedure in garnishment actions instituted pursuant to this article, and all forms in connection therewith, shall be in accordance with rules prescribed by the supreme court pursuant to article 2 of this title.L. 84: Entire article added, p. 475, § 1, effective 1/1/1985.
