Section 13-58-104 - Lien of judgment not abated by death

The lien created by law on property shall not abate or cease by reason of the death of any plaintiff, but the same shall survive in favor of the executor or administrator of the testator or intestate, whose duty it is to have the judgment enforced in the manner provided in section 13-58-103.R.S. p. 382, § 41.
