Section 13-71-141 - Authority to contract and accept gifts

The state court administrator, and district administrators with the approval of the state court administrator, may enter into contracts and agreements with, and accept gifts, grants, contributions, and bequests of funds from, any department, agency, or political subdivision of the federal, state, county, or municipal government or from any individual, foundation, corporation, association, or public authority to implement the provisions of this article or to improve the jury system.L. 89: Entire article R&RE, p. 774, § 1, effective 1/1/1990.
