Section 13-74-108 - Costs and expenses

The costs and expenses incurred in impaneling a judicial district grand jury and in the performance of its functions and duties shall be paid by the state out of funds appropriated to the judicial department.L. 83: Entire article added, p. 634, § 1, effective July 1.
