Section 13-81-106 - Removal of disability - effect

If before the expiration of the period fixed by the applicable statute of limitations the disability of any person under disability is removed, the fact of such removal shall not in any way affect or stop the running of the applicable statute of limitations, except as provided in section 13-81-103(1)(c).L. 39: p. 451, § 6.
