Section 13-82-107 - Existing and future claims

(1) This article applies to claims:(a) Accruing after July 1, 1984; or(b) Asserted in a civil action or proceeding more than one year after July 1, 1984, but it does not revive a claim barred before July 1, 1984.L. 84: Entire article added, p. 478, § 1, effective July 1.
