Section 13-10-123 - Procedendo on dismissal

Upon dismissal of an appeal, the clerk of the appellate court shall at once issue a procedendo to the municipal court from the judgment on which appeal was taken, to the amount of the judgment and all costs incurred before the municipal court.L. 69: p. 278, § 1.
