Section 13-20-1204 - Waiver of liability void

Any pre-incident waiver, either for consideration or gratuitously, of a person's right to bring an action pursuant to this part 12 is void as against public policy.Added by 2021 Ch. 442,§ 2, eff. 1/1/2022.
