Section 13-90-210 - Compensation

Subject to the appropriations available to the commission, a qualified interpreter or computer-aided realtime translation reporter provided pursuant to section 13-90-204 shall be entitled to compensation for his or her services, including waiting time and necessary travel and subsistence expenses.
