If the offense charged is desertion or abandonment or neglect or refusal to provide such children or spouse with the necessary and proper home, care, food, and clothing, as provided in section 14-6-101, the offense shall be held to have been committed in any county of this state in which such children or spouse may be at the time such complaint is made.L. 11: p. 531, § 7.
