Section 14-10-105 - Application of Colorado rules of civil procedure

(1) The Colorado rules of civil procedure apply to all proceedings under this article, except as otherwise specifically provided in this article.(2) A proceeding for dissolution of marriage, legal separation, or declaration of invalidity of marriage shall be entitled 'In re the Marriage of ........ and ..........'.
