Except as provided in section 14-2-109(1), any person who knowingly violates any provision of this part 1 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars.L. 73: R&RE, p. 1020, § 1. C.R.S. 1963: § 90-1-13.
