This part 3 may be cited as the 'Uniform Premarital and Marital Agreements Act'.Part 3 repealed and reenacted with amendments by 2013 Ch. 239,§ 1, eff. 7/1/2014.This section is similar to former § 14-2-301 as it existed prior to 2013.
