Section 15-23-117 - Public record

(1) The index of creator names created pursuant to section 15-23-114(2) is a public record.(2) A computer folder and its contents, including the creator's profile, filing statements, and electronic estate planning documents is not a public record and is not subject to any federal or state open records act or any request for public information under any federal, state, or local law.Amended by 2020 Ch. 293,§2, eff. 7/13/2020.Added by 2019 Ch. 252,§1, eff. 1/1/2023.
