If there is no taker under the provisions of this article, the intestate estate passes to the state of Colorado, subject to the provisions of section 15-12-914.L. 94: Entire part R&RE, p. 978, § 3, effective 7/1/1995.This section is similar to former § 15-11-105 as it existed prior to 1995.
