Section 15-11-107 - Inheritance without regard to number of common ancestors in same generation

An heir inherits without regard to how many common ancestors in the same generation the heir shares with the decedent.Amended by 2022 Ch. 60, § 4, eff. 8/10/2022.L. 94: Entire part R&RE, p. 979, § 3, effective 7/1/1995.This section is similar to former § 15-11-107 as it existed prior to 1995. 2022 Ch. 60, was passed without a safety clause.
