Persons interested in decedents' estates may apply to the registrar for determination in the informal proceedings provided in this article and may petition the court for orders in formal proceedings within the court's jurisdiction. The court has jurisdiction as provided in section 15-10-302.L. 73: R&RE, p. 1566, § 1. C.R.S. 1963: § 153-3-105.
