Section 15-14-105 - Delegation of power by parent or guardian

A parent or guardian of a minor or incapacitated person, by a power of attorney, may delegate to another person, for a period not exceeding twelve months, any power regarding care, custody, or property of the minor or ward, except the power to consent to marriage or adoption.L. 2000: Entire part R&RE, p. 1780, § 1, effective 1/1/2001 (see § 15-17-103 ).This section is similar to former § 15-14-104 as it existed prior to 2001.
