A beneficiary deed or revocation of a beneficiary deed shall be subject to the requirements of section 38-35-109(2), C.R.S., and may be acknowledged in accordance with section 38-35-101, C.R.S.L. 2004: Entire part added, p. 730, § 1, effective August 4.
