If a financial institution is required or permitted to make payment pursuant to this part 2 to a minor designated as a beneficiary, payment may be made pursuant to the 'Colorado Uniform Transfers to Minors Act', article 50 of title 11, C.R.S.L. 90: Entire article R&RE, p. 916, § 1, effective July 1.
