Section 15-16-815 - Jurisdiction over trust director

(1) By accepting appointment as a trust director of a trust subject to this part 8, the director submits to personal jurisdiction of the courts of this state regarding any matter related to a power or duty of the director.(2) This section does not preclude other methods of obtaining jurisdiction over a trust director.Added by 2019 Ch. 51,§ 1, eff. 8/2/2019.L. 2019: Entire part R & RE, (SB 19-105), ch. 172, p. 172, § 1, effective August 2.
