Section 15-20-114 - Transitional provision

Except as provided in section 15-20-113, this act applies to a judicial proceeding with respect to property to which this act applies commenced on or after July 1, 2023, regardless of the date of death of the decedent.Added by 2023 Ch. 30, § 1, eff. 7/1/2023.
