Except as otherwise provided in the terms of a trust or this article 1.2, this article 1.2 applies when this state is the principal place of administration of a trust or estate. By accepting the trusteeship of a trust having its principal place of administration in this state or by moving the principal place of administration of a trust to this state, the trustee submits to the application of this article 1.2 to any matter within the scope of this article 1.2 involving the trust.Added by 2021 Ch. 143,§1, eff. 1/1/2022.
