Section 15-1-1004 - Applicability of sections 15-1-1002 and 15-1-1003

The provisions of sections 15-1-1002 and 15-1-1003 shall not apply to any trust to the extent that a court of competent jurisdiction shall determine that such application would be contrary to the terms of the instrument governing such trust and that the terms of such instrument may not properly be changed to conform to such sections.L. 71: p. 590, § 1.
