Section 15-1-205 - Rights of persons entitled

Nothing in this part 2 shall be deemed to affect the right of the person entitled to such property in default of appointment to trace such property into the hands of the appointee or to affect the cause of action of such person against such distributee.L. 53: p. 303, § 4.
